  Not at all pleased with the workmanship on my kitchen floor from Bates. I purchased a new vinyl floor by Shaw flooring for my kitchen remodel from Bates. I found out after the fact that installing the baseboard around the new floor isn't included. No trim work around cabinets or doors included. Closet door did not swing freely over the new floor, no adjustment made for this. Job poorly done, left to someone else to finish the detail. Bates sells a good product they just don't seem to have much pride in their workmanship.
