  I've unfortunately had a pretty bad experience with this company- I don't recommend buying your appliances here. I bought a stove, and had it delivered to my house (late, because they forgot to put the order in.) When it arrived, the handle was scratched and they needed to order a replacement, which would have been fine except that was two months ago and I still haven't received my handle. Every time I call they tell me they can't find the order, or they need to replace the order, or they don't have any way of knowing where it is or who to call, and they must be very busy because they never call me back. So you win, grand appliance, I've given up on my dreams of a shiny, new, unscratched handle for my fancy new stove I bought two months ago. Because even if it does magically show up at my door, by the time I could get someone there to come to my house and install it, I will need a new stove.

  My wife and I worked with Dennis to select a full set of new appliances and he was amazing! He has a ton of product knowledge, and spent a lot of time walking my wife and I through our options. There was no pressure - we discussed what we were hoping for, he showed us a bunch of options, and then gave us time to think about it while being available for any questions we had. He was very honest, too, about the pros and cons of each choice. The selection at Grand was great, but really what made it a wonderful experience was working with someone who made the process enjoyable.
